Ok. Everyone knows my email address (family friends and even those pesky emails I sign up to, along with free things I am offered, and the really pesky junk emails). Had the email for a while. I have also been getting violated out the wazoo on Yahoo Answers.......(God Help Me. I think I am a little too rude.) Oh well...........so after SO many violations, does my entire YAHOO EMAIL account get stopped also, or do I just need a new one to participate again on Answers.......... if it's just Answers, then I'll continue being my friendly sarcasticly rude self, but if it will affect my email address too, then I guess I'l lhave to be good.

You would think in this day of age, with all the intelligence and technology we possess that religion would have more or less died out. Why do people still bother following it? Shouldn't we all just accept that life is for living and not believing (in ancient myths)? Theres people who stand outside our church preaching all day long, quoting the bible and shouting to the public that theyre all sinners and should find god...shouldnt these people be sectioned? Kids throw eggs at them and they still carry on! Get a grip!

What do I do? Ive run out of places and ways to meet a single attractive woman without having myself being categorized. I don't approach females know more because I get stereo typed so bad. I get the you look like a playa, or a dog. Im a honest man with a great heart so why dogg me out before taking the time to know me? As of this second, my husband's credit score is about 615- for many years he had NO score because we lived by the theory that if you can't pay for it, don't get it. So we never had any credit cards, paid cash for our car.... Nothing.

But now we're looking into buying a home and the guy I spoke with from the mortgage company said if we get about 2-3 credit cards that we play our cards with right, we could be eligible for up to a 100% loan in a matter of 6 months to a year.

I managed for us to just get one, but I want to get at least one more and am having a hard time finding one that would approve us due to a limited credit history that doesn't have an insane yearly service fee or monthly fee. In case it helps with advice any, his yearly income is approximately 50,000 a year.

Anyone have advice on a company that has a decent "starter" card or any other tips for helping boost his credit just a tad more to help with a mortgage approval?

NASA has found several indications that Mars once had water on it. I'm betting next they'll find a alien civilization that once thrived, but because they were unable to stop using their flying saucers, and they didn't buy enough carbon credits, they created a catastrophic environmental change which wiped them out.

My son recently returned from the US from Windsor Ontario where he had been living for the past 3 years. The reason for going to Ontario in the first place was to meet a girl he had met on the internet. They eventually married, and had a son a year later. The boy is now 17 months old, and I have yet to even meet him. They were all supposed to come this past Feb. so I could have my chance to meet and get to know my grandson. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way. Instead, my son's ex told him that it was over between them. So he came back alone. The problem here is the expense of transportation for both families. She won't put the child on a plane alone, and I really don't blame her. My heart is breaking here. I only have pictures to look at. It's very depressing. I just hope I get to my grandson soon.

Someone had answered me before letting me know that I can take out both subsidized & unsubsidized student loans at the same time. I checked witht he school and they said: We have received all of your request for the additional unsubsidized loan, unfortunately you do not have any more financial aid eligibility for the 2006-2007 academic year (which includes unsubsidized Stafford loan).
Now, I did not take out an unsubsidized loan and I did not get the maximum amount according to the guidelines. How do you think they came up with that? I just don't understand where they are getting their figures at. I only had a small portion of the subsidized and it was only used in the spring quarter. Community Colleges start financial aid in the summer and end in the summer. I am getting ready to enter a new financial aid year. I had asked about the spring quarter.
