I've rented this same condo for the past 7 years. In this amount of time the landlord has come by twice for inspections. Both were within the first 2 years. Since she has only come by to have the dryer repaired, and replace the refridgerator. We have recently bought a house and are going to be moving out and I'm curious what she can charge me for since I've been here for so long. Shouldn't everything be considered wear and tear at this point? Is there a certain amount of time to consider? How long does she have to reimburse me the deposit? Is it a good idea to do a walk thru with her?

This is what I dreamt last night. I know it's very strange...

I dreamed I was nursing a baby. The baby became full from nursing and fell asleep on my bosom. My breast began to leak uncontrollably and I began to milk my breasts. I placed several glasses full of my breast milk in the fridge, then I saw (2) faceless men drinking the milk with chocolate cake?

my husband has become very close w/ a woman who used to work with him. She's also married. It started w/ them hanging out in groups (mostly going out to the bar)with the other people from work. Then, gradually it became JUST them..meeting for "happy hour" at like 2:30pm & returning at 2:30AM or once even 3:30AM! (12+hrs together at a time!)Meeting at least once or twice a week. The breaking point for me was when she bought concert tickets for just the two of them to see a concert a few months back. Not wanting to be controling, I didn't say he could not go..but I made it VERY clear that I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE w/ it & I asked him to respect my feelings & pass it up. To my dismay he went to the concert. On his cell bill he had 1,300 texts to her in one month! They both swear theyre just best friends though he admitted to having some feelings for her. Finally given the ultimatum of "its her or me" he said he won't give her up because id be controling him. Any chance hes not cheating?

ok heres the deal im 27 I just graduated law school and I want to move out of my parents house. The thing is my youngest brother just died earlier this year. My mother has gotten a little better but I know she still misses him. When i leave it will just be my parents. I want to move this summer but my bros birthday is also in the summer and will be hard. But I need to leave. I feel like im missing out on something. All of my other siblings are out of the house and two of them are younger than me. I have always been the closest to my parents and will probably move only a few blocks a way. But how can i tell my mother without hurting her even more??

I use a gentle cleanser every day [it's not the kind with medication in it because it dries out my skin]
I also apply benzoil peroxide every day.
How come it seems like my acne never leaves? It seems like one day it clears slightly, then the next I have more?

I asked a Christian if he thought god created everything on earth. He said yes. I asked him who created god. He said no one created god. So I ask... I worked at a company for two months and then left. Within these two months, I was never trained or learned anything I was suppose to do. This is was one of the top reasons why I left. I felt I was told something else to accept the job, and through the grapevine, I find out the position I took has a high rotational right. So basically I sat around for two months while waiting for someone to be trained.

Should I list this job on my resume because actually I didnt do anything the job entailed. I feel like if I do I might get alot of questions because of the timeframe, and if I dont list it, I feel like it might pop up later.

Help!!!

I'm wearing this dress:

I have no idea what accessories would look nice with this. I don't own or wear a lot of jewelry ever. I was thinking about wearing my pearls (little ones) but I think that might be too fancy for this. Any ideas?
