can someone please help me, ive been dieting and eating about 700-800 cals MAX a day, im starving basically. you guys always say to lose weight you have to BURN off more cals then you eat, but then also say that if you eat below 1,200 cals your body goes into starvation mode and you gain weight. so does that mean to lose weight i have to BURN more then 1,200 cals a DAY?? i run 5 miles on the treadmill 3x a week 5 miles = 650 cals? so i have to run about 10 miles a day just to lose weight? someoene please help me with an answer
