From some books I knew that men think on the basis of logic and women think on the basis of emotion. When a woman does not feel same emotion about some thing they change their previous decision.
My some playboy type friends who have much experience about women advice me not to trust women. I also see that women say they like kind and truthfull man. But they make romantic relationship very easily with those stated playboy who are very cheater.

My husband walked out 4 days ago saying he loves me but he's not in love with me and he's gone to his sister's house. Should I leave him alone or call him to come back. He seems very angry and I can't get him to communicate and tell me what's wrong. We went to counselling once but he wouldn't return cause he didn't like that the counsellor told him he had to learn to be a husband and not put his friends and work first.
What should I do? I want him back and I want us to get help. We've been married 4 years and have had no sex life for about 12 months as he says he's just no interested and makes excuses that he thinks I don't want him?

We have thousands of gun laws on the books right now. One example is the outlawing of automatic weapons. Two weeks ago the FBI raided the home of a paramilitary group that was going to attack mexicans. They found automatic weapons, mines, even some sort of rocket launchers. Just as with illegal drugs in this country. As long as their are people who are willing to buy them. Their will be people willing to sell them. Come back to the real world. Proabition put a stop to drinking, didn't it?

My wife gets on here alot. She is a talker in real life, and tends to go on and on when she gets to typing about something on here. She has probably given way more details about stuff than I would have. Anyways, she has had a hard time dealing with my kids. I know that she has asked questions about them on here, hoping another stepmom in the same situation would give her advice. This one man has always made nasty comments to her on any question she asks. He has put her insulted her and said some pretty hateful things to her in the past. He seems to always know what she is doing on here, either asking a question or answering one, as he comes back with a nasty one directed at her. She says he has her on his watch list, and thats how he tracks her activity. She sent him an IM after his last nasty comment, basically telling him to leave her alone and stop answering her questions. He sent her one back cusing at her and called her every name in the book. Is that harrassment?

You'd think we were solely responsible for all the world's problems the way this government taxes us.Our fuel prices are around 4x those in the US,bigger cars are taxed disproportionately. Now the government want to tax drivers who use their cars for work, even voluntary work, at a greater rate.
Even if ALL the cars in Britain were taken off the roads tomorrow, it would not make a penny'worth of difference to the supposed 'global warming' (even scientists seem unsure about what is causing it, if anything.).It would be like a gnat's pee in the Pacific Ocean.
The power stations in China alone produce more pollution in a week than British cars do in a year.What about the billions of other cars??
In Britain ,drivers are seen as an easy target, speeding fines, expensive fuel etc. If they go ahead with this terrible further tax, I for one will be making sure my carbon footprint is as big as I can make it in protest.(Even though it won't make any difference.)

Our company has a service contract for network availabiity. The
service level is for a “minimum average of 99.9%“. The calculated
measurement last month(using very precise and unrounded information)
was 99.8614%.

The vendor maintains that the 99.8614% should be "rounded-up" to conform
with the significant digits in the contract (nn.n%) and therfore the
service level was achieved. Unfortunately, the contract did not
address rounding, calculation precision, or significant digits.

Our position is that the word “minimum“ implies a floor threshold -where the measurement is either below it or above(equal). In this situation, 99.8614% is below the 99.9% floor.
Are we right or should it be rounded. This is for a signifcant amount of money for our company an legal links would be greatly appreciated.
