NH3 + PbO = N2 + Pb + H20

I don't understand what to seperate into the reduction and oxidation equations and then how to balance it. I can do single elements added together in a synthesis but not these.

Factor x^2 + 2x − 8

Please show all the steps..the book shows this but Im not sure how to get the -32? Please show me!
=8x(x+2) - 32(x+2)
=(8x -32)(x +2)
=2(x-4)(x+2)
= (x-4)(x+2)

Okay I am 5'3 have short hair and a round face. Over the past 3 years I have gained 25 pounds. I look nothing like myself anymore. I hate the way I look. I really want to lose weight and fast. Here is my problem. The dealer is in Ohio and has 100% positive feedback. I also bought my mom's car from them 9 months later. Anyway I pulled the carfax on the car before I bought it and discovered it had been in 2 wrecks. Nothing on the carfax said anything about major damage. The dealer claimed the car had been fixed and was in great condition. I also used CarChex to drive the car and inspect it. The CarChex report came back that the car was in great condition. I bought it and have had it for 11 months. I was going to sell it for something newer so I took it to Carmax to get appraised. WOW, this is the problem. They put it on a rack and noticed the frame had major damage and had been repaired. They also ran a AutoCheck report on it and it stated it was sold as a frame damaged car at the auto auction the dealer bought it from. Lemon Law on covers new cars so does anyone have any advice that want break me? Frame Damage was not disclosed but I have proof they knew!

For so long I have been depending on my best friend. I used to follow her around and she was always in control. I was always following her map, if I may. Now I don't need her to lead me, I can take care of myself, and make my own decisions. What do you think of this? By the way I am 14.

Mine is green peppers. I am 28 and when I was 9 my mom made stuffed peppers and pulled one of those you can't get up till you eat everything on your plate. Ended up getting sick at the table ever since the just the smell makes me sick. Thanks Mom

Seems to me that if Jesus is what people claim he is, he would rather you help needy people or fund the help of needy people if you have the time or money to fund
