making eye contact with people you are talking to?

I can't stand it when I'm talking to someone and they refuse to look me in the eyes. Just a pet peeve of mine.

I found the masses about a month ago and still don't know what they are. One doctor say's it's tumors and another calls them large masses that could be cancer. My mammogram and ultra sound did not pick this mass up because I have density in my breast. The MRI is not covered on my insurance because the mammogram and ultra sound come up clean. Doctors seem to drag their feet.

I am a shareholder of a company registered in New York. Each year, I get a Schedule -1 1120S form stating the profit/loss of my share, for that year. For the profit years, I never received any actual cash nor stock distribution from the profit. All the profit were "supposedly" reinvested back to the company. Is it true that I am still obligated to file my "phanton income" in my personal tax return,even that I never received a single penny? If it's true, I really don't think it's fair. Is there anyway to prevent paying tax on these "phantom income"?

My ex and I have a "Parenting Plan" from the court stating I will get our sons every summer, however for the past 3 years he has "altered" the plan to meet HIS needs. It states ,I will get the kids from June 1 - July 31 paying all costs for traveling (I am in NY they are in TN) He makes plans with his wife, 2 daughters and our sons to go on vacation every first week in June (MY TIME) and wants them returned to him 2 weeks prior to the end of July even though he has both boys FULL time during the year.I only see them those 2 months.Should I file for contempt of court for not following the parenting plan? I have documented work showing harrasement from both of them towards myself as well;phone calls,IM's,emails,etc.I LOG everything(already thought of that).He phoned in April to say I would NOT be seeing my sons this summer AT ALL!That he would bring them to me for a day or 2 when he comes to NY to see his parents.

There simply is no evidence that a god exists. There is more and more evidence every day explaining the things we attribute to god... It's 2007, about time we started acting our age.

Okay, so I'm not fat by any means, I'm thin-to-medium. So I don't need to lose weight. But I AM a lazy slug and a couch potato who eats far too much junk.

I would like to finally get my butt in shape. Anyone know where I can find a simple, easy-to-understand, yet specific program to improve my health and conditioning (and maybe even tone up my body some)?
***I'm the kind of person who needs structure, so I'm looking for something that will tell me exactly what exercises to do, how often, at what points I should be increasing those exercises, etc.***

I have a 5 minute presentation tomrrow and im sooo nervous. I am not really good in front of an audience and i have stage fright.....my face turns bright red whenever i have public speaking...What should i do to calm down? what to think when i'm up there? Anyway to hide the redness?

But then isnt wearing plain old clothes also work?

What happens incase of an emergency.Im sure the sick are treated. So Jews have an allowance for emergency work on Shabbat?
What about eating and feeding a baby?
Isnt walking also work? If not then why is going out of a city considered work?

Any useful link on which most or all Orthodox Jews agree would be welcomed!

I went to wal-mart to get some formula for my newborn. Shhe has been fussy and gasy, so I looked for something different. I ran across similac sensitive. It says its for fussy and gasy babies, has the same ingredients as her other formula. Funny thing is the it only cost .25 cents.. Why is it so cheap? Is it safe to use?
