Do you go to a gym/health club? If so, use an elliptical & set it to a high/steep incline. It will really work your thighs ! If you don't go to a gym, try to go hiking. Walking up hills will get them toned as well.

Take a deck of cards.If you turn over a 2, do 2 squats, a 6, 6 squats, etc.... Count face cards as ten. I guarantee you wont get through the whole deck but keep doing it, push yourself, and have someone there who will push you and not let you quit. In two weeks if you take it seriously, your thighs will be rock hard.Squats are easy, anyone can do them and I think squat is pretty self explanatory.Just keep your back straight, and remember this may sound cliche but, its whats on the inside that really counts.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i usually lay on one side (say the left 1st) then do a bunch of reps of just lifting my right leg in the air about 1to 2 feet. then do the other side. youll feel it in that area. skating is good exercise for legs too.
