I recently built a computer and have yet gotten to the BIOS screen. Computer boots up fine with one beep. But trying to figure out why when I don't have the monitor hooked up it says no signal (monitor is crt, has worked before) but when I try to hook up the video cable (with an dvi adapter) it blanks out. Is the video card fried or just the adapter doesn't respond to it. I bought the adapter from best buy open box, so someone returned it but the video card is brand new so I don't know if I fried it or not.

This query is for Ayurvedic/Siddha experts. How much Shilajit can I take 2 times per day for rejuvenative purposes. I am borderline nervous, libido is below average. However, I am not looking at these things in isolation. What I am concerned about is total body health. Please limit your opinion/advise to only Shilajit and not any other medication. Is 1000 mg of Shilajit 2 times a day safe? How long can/should I take Shilajit for total body health? How much Shilajit do I need to take for a worn out body for a shortterm period of 4 to 6 months or up to a year

It popped into my head every now and then and I'm sooooo curious, it's a survey for me. I wanna know what color most people like. I would say...ahh too many colors! I don't like pink that much anymore and red and black isn't in my head now so i'll say blue!It's perfect! I love this color! It's pretty, for girls and guys, reminds me of water, very kind to the eyes, PURRFECT!!!

I'm searching for information and books on simple machines such as levers, pulleys, inclines, wedges, etc. and was wondering if someone could enlighten me as to what science this is studied in?..Mechanics?..Mechanical Engineering?..Physics?
I'm stumped at the moment as it seems that all the above mentioned categories involves these simple machines, but I'd like to find a narrower category that these fit in so I can search for books on the subject. I'm especially interested in moving very heavy objects by hand with the use of pulleys, inclines and levers, and I'm being overwhelmed with search results online. Any suggestions?
