Ok here is the deal...

I am a 6th grader, 11 years old. Math is definetly me forte! When I get older, I am 110% sure my job will involve math! Ok, so I need some advice. This year I am in pre- algebra(for 7th graders), so i am ahead! Now, I have to chose between going to algebra NEXT YEAR(which is for 8th graders, so I would still be ahead next year) or algebra HE (which is for advaced 8th graders and will learn the same stuff as algebra, but the pace will be a bit quicker)! I DO NOT KNOW! I do not want Algebra to be too easy! But then I do not want Algebra HE to be too hard (SO THEN I WOULD FALL BEHIND!) I NEED HELP! I HAVE TO CHOOSE BY MONDAY! HELP!


P.S. I AM NOT A NERD! I AM HOT! I LOVE TO PARTY! BUT I WANT TO BE RICH LATER ON!

My husband retired years ago, and I am really out of the loop. I do a mega-shop at the commissary every few months. I want to tip fairly generously, but I don't know what a good tip is nowadays.

I have received unwarranted and harassing phone calls from a business. I live in California. I'd like to know the code & section to cite and the amount of money awarded for each call I received . I am preparing a Small Claims suit and I really need this information..

I'm also on the Do Not Call list and may seek a Federal remedy. The same question aplliies what is the statute that I can cite? How much can I sue for each call received?
