She's in heat for God's sake!
Get her spayed. Even if she's an indoor cat, get it done to protect her future health. Spaying protects against pyometra, mammary and ovarian cancers. Do it for her own health please. Sounds like you probably need to do some research into general cat care, like vaccination, fleaing and worming.

Some animal shelters will spay or neuter cats for free or at a discount, to try to keep the numbers of stray cats low. There are already too many unwanted pets in the world, so please do try to take advantage of such a service.
Often, even spayed female cats will put their butt in the air, but it will definitely put an end to the screaming and keep unwanted kittens away. The medical costs to have kittens will be a lot higher than spaying!

She's probably in heat if you haven't had her spayed. Get her spayed and this will stop. Check with your local humane society and see if they can do it low cost.

shes in heat. i have two female cats who do it to.. and its very annoying. Get them spayed and make sure they dont get in contact with male cats or you WILL have kittins

She's in heat, if you don't let her out and don't want kittens, get her neutered, it's that simple, you'll have a much calmer and happier kitty.
