Everything with life has a cycle so how are we sure that global warming actually exists today? Maybe the changes we are seeing are just part of the cycling of our great earth?What do you think and why?

I slipped and fell in a major grocery store in a flooded aisle without proper sign posted, and have long-term disability and pain as a result. The store manager and stock boys who witnessed the accident made false accusations to protect the store. However there were 2 surveilence cameras in each aisle which, I'm positive, captured the accident.
Is it not my right to request this recording and is the defendant not obligated to release this evidence if requested?

I have bad back problems, in the last year I have used the following meds for pain: all strengths of lortab, vicodin, & percocet. darvocet, demerol (sp?), morphine 30mg, oxycontin 40mg. then for muscle relaxers: valium 10mg, soma, robaxin (sp?), flexril (sp?), and skelaxin (sp?). So far oxycontin 40mg has worked the best, but it's still not anything great & super expensive...it's just better than the other painkillers ive tried. as far as muscle spasms Soma is the keeper, i'm happy eventhough my insurance wont even cover it. i've had issues with my insurance covering anything above percocet so im weary of trying expensive meds that i might be wasting hundreds of $ on. my Dr just recommended i try duragestic patch 50, vicodin for breakthrough pain and Soma. i am not familiar with the patch at all and am looking for info from people who have used it, not just the general info i've found on the 'net. I'd appreciate any help at all.

So, I have a 10 g. tank I got maybe 2 weeks ago and I put 1 Sunrise Plattee, 1 baby/small Colombian Shark, and 2 ghost shrimp. Both of my shrimp were pregnant, but I don't how long they were pregnant. Anyway, one day I found that 1 of my shrimp was gone, and it wasn't hiding, my sister said she say a skin/molting of it, but she wasn't sure. Then maybe a day or two after the first one disapeared my second one did. I doubt my fish ate them because they (I don't think) can even fit them in their mouth(s)....but now I don't know what to beleive.

hi,
the last time i got my period was march 11th i took 2 test april two weeks after i was late. can i be pregnant here it is may and its the 12th i was to get my period on the 11th but all i did was spot and now nothing no more period so can i be pregnant i havent tooken anymore test what do you think i know i need to take a test.my boobs have been sore but not all the time just from time to time and i have been sleeping alot just so tired so what do you all think let me know!

Here is what i am trying to do. Lets say i have 14 blocks. One each block it is labled from 1 - 14. now i have a machine that is going to pick 4 of them by random but there will be a first second third and forth. Now here is the question. How can I avoind getting a leg cramp while I am asleep?

I've gotten them in the past, i think 2 or 3 times. And they hurt like you cant imagine! I've been drinking lots of water, and drinking a powerade(for potasium) before going to bed. I haven't gotten one yet but i can feel feel it in my calves a slight tension if you will which feels like it could cramp at any moment.

seeing people as either all good or all bad. Preachers having mood swings in their sermons. "What you do MATTERS,

Anybody can preach in a circle and sound like a broken record.And no wonder their are so many people in prison. They can't make up their minds on weather or not what they do matters or does not matter after listening to an hour of that mumbo jumbo.

I have teenage neices who spend lots of money on their looks..such as professional haircuts, haircolor, waxing, eyebrow shaping, facials, acrylic nails, etc. Is this typical for most teens and women? I never had these luxuries as a teen and still don't have most. Am I not normal?

. . . go out of their way to treat you with the most inhumane manner. One church, which I have been a member of reaches out and assists with food, gas and sometimes partial rent payments. But, by and far most treat you upfront as if one is not trustworthy. What do you find as a coping mechanism?
