I've had both and my gas dryer is the way I'll always go. It dries the best in is cheaper to use,

Gas dryers dries clothes up to 25% faster than electric dryers.
Gas also costs less to operate.

Gas is both faster and less expensive. In fact, clothes dryers are the place where gas always wins. Go gas!

You will use less energy with an electric dryer than the gas that is the only difference.

Gas is all ways cheapest in California. Specially with rolling blackouts during the summer.

They both dry about the same, but gas driers will leave a littlte yellow dingy look on all your whites after washing/drying for so long.

electric is better it has less things that can go wrong and if you have kids it is harder for an electric dryer to catch fire!!!!
