im a 6' male that weight 180 pounds..i have a beer gut that im trying to get rid of...so far ive been eating healthy drinking plenty of water and doing crunches and sit ups and walking 5 miles a day.i do like to drink on the weekends but i out out and have 2 or 3 on a friday and/or saturday night...is there anything more i can do...id like to be slim and toned in 2 months.. is that possible with the things i am doing now and if not what more can i do?

Me and my husband are thinking of starting a family and I have been reading up on things I should know. This would be our first child. I don't know if I will like breastfeeding but it is because I don't know to much about it. Is it ok to only breastfeed for 6 weeks. I don't intend to use a breast pump at work when I go back. All I have been reading seem like it is just to much trouble. I know bottle feeding can be trouble to but I do know like I said. I do not intend to use a pump at work and I don't intend to breastfeed for 6 months like I have read. I know it isn't for everyone. I am just weighing my options.

2 years ago this 40 year old guy started hanging out w/ me and my group of friends (16-22 years old). I thought it was weird and complained about it but everyone liked him and he didn’t really harm anyone so I left it at that. Recently, he has been getting with some of the girls in my group (from kissing to intercourse). These girls are only 18, he is sick! What do I do? I mean, its legal, but yuck!!!! I was illegally stopped, coerced, and illegally arrested. My trial is scheduled for January of 2008 (so much for a speedy trial). How important is it for me to wait until this trial is over before I file a civil suit for police brutality, or is it OK for me to file this civil suit while I am waiting for my trial?

I'm doing a report on commercials shown during children's programming. I'm looking for other thoughts on the matter.

How do you think TV commercials have changed?
Are they child appropriate?

I watched some programs and counted how many commercials where shown and the content of the commercials and was surprised that some shows had more minutes in commercials than what was in the show!

What do you think about on this matter?

A friend of mine was visiting his cousin at his cousins house. He was just hanging out there.Later that day,a guy comes to his cousins house and starts trouble and pulls a gun on his cousin.The cousin goes and gets his gun and holds it in his hand while the other guy was outside.The guy that doesn't live there calls the police on the guy that does live there.He tells them he has a gun.The police shows up at my friends cousins house and wants to search.He tells them no.They go get a search warrant to search for the gun.Supposedly an AK-47. They detain my friend and his cousin and cuff them and put them in the police car while they search.They did not find the gun but searched a purse that was in his cousins room which belonged to his cousins girlfriend.She was at work at the time.The cops put the charge on my friend and his cousin.Possession of under 2 ounces of marijuana.My friend has never been in trouble before.
