yes, it does. According to one of the outstanding Ear, Nose and Throat doctors in the US ( who is a great fan of singing and singers) pot can do more damage than cigarette smoking.
I've loaned out his book, and I don't remeber the quote exactly, but if you wish to learn more about it, you can find this book at you on-line bookstore.
He has written lots of good stuff about the voice: how it actually works, what some of the common myths are, and even some what-to-dos and what-not-to-dos in the way of technique. He talks about dieting, fireworks, drugs, stage fright, concerts and hearing loss, you name it.

You bet it does - and not in a good way.

Smoking anything clogs your lungs

The THC makes you THINK you're singing like a bird - but listen to the tape - sober of course - and you'll hear lots of bad spots.

Besides, smoking pot is illegal so you can do your best performances in a jail cell if you're not careful.

Any type of smoke is bad for your voice. Quit for 3 weeks before a show or audition and your voice should be back to normal.
