I would like to make him a copy of a slideshow with audio background. Will he be able to read it on his PC and on his DVD player. He lives overseas in Italy. Which format is the safest to go with? DVD + or - ? Is there a difference?

My neighbors fence in 3 feet over the property line due to the surveyor location report that we got when we bought our house. My neighbor is in the process of moving. I have written up a letter informing him that the fence is over the property line and going to give him a copy of the report. If he dosen't take care of the fence, within 30 days, can we? I don't think he is going to do anything, he hasn't mowed the property in a month and I do believe he is letting it go foreclosure.

So can we take the fence down that is on our property after giving him notice??

Hey, this if mostly for moms, Becuase I am one, but anyone is welcome! I have contact a bunch of people on here that are seriously wanting to do what it takes to be fit by summer time! (I'm one of them!). So I thought about starting like an online "gym". I used this program (costs like $40 for 3? dvds) I swear by this workout. I lost 25lb in 5 weeks...after having twins. No joke! Anyway, I know the product is worth your money. So we all decided everyone go buy the product, and we all start on May 21 (mon). We can email or Im eachother that we are actually starting the dvd up. It's a tough workout, but only about 30 min long. If we get a bunch of people in it, we will all stay motivated and look great for July 4! Email me at my personal email so I can have your name in my folder and email you when we get started, etc! So far we have 6 people "signed" up.
Lets BURN this fat, and be FIT this summer! (finally!)

The lender has shown us documents with a 7% interest rate. From all the information I've seen, that seems pretty high. I know that the interest rates are all contingent on your credit, but why does that seem really high? Our credit isn't terrible. The house we want totals to be around $220,000; but could it be that we aren't getting the correct rate?

I have several different species of Ivy throughout my house, and none of them are getting enough sunlight. I want to move them to the only window I have that allows for morning to midafternoon light, and I would like to put them on a decorative table, problem is that my girls (my cats) LOVE to get any to any kind of plant I have. How do I keep them from eating, laying on and digging in my house plants? Do not suggest anything that will harm them, that is out of the question! Thank you all for the help!

My auto insurance company has been charging me fees, rate increases (originally I was told it would be a decrease!), and a whole other mess with the DMV. I have not had any tickets, accidents, or claims. No one has been able to satisfactorily explain to me why this is happening. How do I now if I have a case with the insurance commission/and or a small claims lawsuit?

My husband of 2.5 years, dated for 6 or 7 years prior to, as of lately has been saying he is confused about what he should be doing with his life. He has been upset because I won't go places with him all the time (though I try) or do ALL the chores around the house, that I won't hang out with some of his old friends who have stolen (alot) from us and called me several cruel names,
he has been very depressed lately ,
and even when he was going to a concert with a couple of his friends, he decided not go and said he "stared at a wall downtown all night until early morning".

What should I do, he want really talk to me, other than complaining about me not going everywhere,
though I am very ill (like cancer/aids ill, I don't have those things, but what I have is rare, but very serious, & my immune system is crap)
he has always known this,

Iam 30 M I have been for the last 6 moths having problems reaching orgasm/ejaculation this is an embrassing thing for me soo no clowning around I need straight answers only please...well I have been to the doctor had tests done and they cant figure out why I cant orgasm.ejaculate...so they tried this shot that works,but the thing is I have to have the shot every 3 months thats what my urologist told my doctor who I go to now I really cant afford the shot its 350.00 and not covered by insurance does anyone know what I can do?..Iam really stuck here and the shot is medically necessary to avoid other things medically from happening...soo if anyone knows what I can do get back with me!!{serious replies only please}

my son is eight months old and doesn't have a single tooth. He will not eat baby food, although will eat off a spoon as long as there is not baby food on it. I mean no cereal, no fruits or vegetables. he will only eat table food like my five year old, but i worry about him choking since he has no teeth, and if it messes with his digestion because he doesn't sleep through the night either! he is like a fountain of drool and steadily rubbing ears and eyes. doc's say it's because he's teething, but i've heard that for 4 mos. already. any suggestions
