Alright.......... I'm 5'4 and one half inches. I weight normally around 134 pounds, and I wear normally a size 7 or 5 in juniors, and a 6 in womens. Am I fat? I think I could lose at least 20 pounds....

like if yesterday i had like a salad for dinner and then went to sleep 5 hours later and in the morning when i wake up i dont feel hungry . does that mean i should eat anyways? even though people are usually hungry when they wake up but im just not hungry...

I am looking to loose about 20 pounds and I want to try to hit my goal by or around Thanksgiving. What I am asking is some good sugguestions for a weight loss program I could use. No Atkins please. Sometimes when i bend my left knee it hurts on the bottom. About once a week, it jams and I fall on the floor, unable to move because it hurts so badly. When this happens, it takes like 4 minutes to unjam and hurts all the way. I dont know what happened, as I am only 13. I have only hurt my leg once, when I was 8, because I fell out of my window. My mom (who used to be a nurse) said that I would have started expieriencing pain earlier then 13 if it had to do with falling out of my window. I dont know what to do, do you have any ideas of what is up with my knee? I have stress related problems, like bruxism (i grind my teeth in my sleep) but I dont know if that is related. Thank you.

I was on Hydrocodone APAP 10MG/500mg Tabs but ran out and haven't had time to get a refill. I've got some older painkiller that isn't expired but its Hydrocodone APAP 5MG/500mg Tabs but they don't work when I take one. Is it ok to take two of the APAP5mg or am I risking liver toxicity taking two 500mg tabs? I'm in pain and would only have to do it once to get out to the pharmacy but I'm worried about the tylenol overdose possibility.

I have a big problem. I love to eat. I don't know how I did it, but I managed to count calories enough to lose about 9 ponds. Then, I got back to my old eating habits. I started to eat high-calorie foods and big portions of them, and I can't stop!
