Ok, 85 Chevy FullSize Blazer (Suburban) 6.2 Diesel 4x4

I have a Power Steering Assisted Brake system

At low speeds, if I press the brakes, its like they lock up at the press of the pedal. If I'm easy on the pedal and very light, i can usually stop without it just slamming down and almost locking up. When going fast, its fine, just a little different then normal pedal pressure, but at low speeds, if i try to press the brakes its bad, you can feel it kick like it was just slamed and is about locked up. I have bled the brakes 3 times, theres no air in the lines, I'm kinda lost and need some advice.

I am in the 10th grade right now and the school year is almost over. I used to get good grades in elementary school and then my grades went down hill in middle school and now they are going down in high school. I know this sounds stupid, but how can i put all other thoughts aside and focus on my homework? I can admit that when i tried once doing my homework without the television on or the radio, i can get my homework done in a reasonable amount of time. And now if i just let my ipod run through all the songs instead of picking my favorite songs i can get my homework done too. But even if i do that i still have other things on my mind, like boys, especially this kid i have a crush on, and whats gonna happen tomorrow. I attend homework club, well i'm supposed to. Me and my friend go to the library instead, and then go to guidance to do our homework cause we can concentrate better. But recently i haven't been going cause i wanna hang around with my friends after school. Help!!!

How do you other Christians deal with temptation?
I sometimes feel like giving up because I try so hard to be sinless and be a really good Christian and I keep forgetting about Christ's forgiveness, is there anything I can do or pray to show to prove to God that I want to be his child forever?

so yesterday a person that i love told me that he has feelings for my bestfriend yet he still loves me how can that be? i want him to choose only one of us and whichever he chooses ill be happy because i cant force him to want me and i woudlnt since after he told me he also began to judge me telling me that im stubborn and that i have all these bad qualities it really hurt me its enoguh that he tells me he likes my bestfriend (who most likely likes him back i know she does ) and well me and this guy we werent going out its just that we are the unofficial couple" he kept tellin me he loved me. but now all of the sudden this...i was expecting it..but it is just too overwhelming..what can i do ?

and every one of them had their particular ethnic or cultural group as the group that was created, doesn't that tell you something?

In the Greek stories, the Gods created the Greek people, not the Jewish people. In the Egyptian stories, the God(s) created the Egyptian people, not the Scandinavian people.

I'm not Jewish, so it would be silly for me to accept their version at face value, especially since my own ancestors had a story that had our group as the center of Creation.

And I also understand that these things are just cultural manifestations and not literal truth.

No one ever wrote a creation story where they claimed that 'Those people over there are the ones the God(s) created and well, we just suck!"

So what possible reason would I have for taking the Hebrew books literally, and making myself into a descendant of Hebrew tribes, when I know that I'm not, and a simple DNA test can prove it.

Is it bad business sense, or is Hollywood trying to use their influence to try to get people to learn English?

Many US movies are made in California, and 40% of California is Mexican descent, but most of the new movies released on DVD in the past few years have English and French language options only. (very few even have Spanish subtitles)

Im with a man who is 3 years younger than me. We live together and have a 1 year old. I want him to be more family oriented but all he seems to want to do is party all the time. Hed rather hang out with his boys than with me and the kids. (I have a 5 year old from a previous marriage.) I want to go out and have dinner, go to the movies, take the kids to the parks. You get the picture. Even if he would go to dinner with us and then hang out with the boys that would be fine. but sometimes I feel that I am invisible. Even a kiss when we get home from work would satisfy my intimate need. i keep a clean house, i cook for him, he his really spoiled. Can someone tell me what I can do?
