YES! I love all types of cheese, except American (which isn't even cheese to begin with) and ricotta. Cheese is one type of food that I'm not afraid to try new kinds of. Cheese is good!

I don't eat it that often because it's really high in calories. But when I do, I love the Amish cheese curds and parmesan cheese.

Most definitely,use mainly white American,but really like smoky Irish cheddar.Feta in spinach bread,Swiss for a treat.
