They seem to think so. One answer to a recent question about people making assumptions about the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses said:

"It seems that the majority of anti-Witness hatred is motivated by religious intolerance and bigotry. A few may even be motivated by... Satan the Devil"

Really? Do you hate them? Or are your comments motivated by Christian love? I would like to reassure all Jehovah's Witnesses that I, for one, do not hate them and that I care deeply about them. What do you say?

I just got a dog and ripped off my carpet. Mow im thinking of hardwood floor. Is it smart to do it my self with the snap on flooring or real hardwood. I know real wood is expensive i dont know if the laminate flooring is just as good

A possible extrapolation of the mechanism of human heat stroke to global warming is raised here. When human body temperature rises due to rise in ambient temperature, the brain activates the sweat response and this leads to cooling down of the body due to evaporation of sweat. However, if the temperature is above a certain critical point, the regulating response of the brain is disrupted and sweating ceases altogether. The result is a sharp rise of temperature above 108 deg F leading to death by heat stroke. Could a similar mechanism operate in global warming in which rainfall could be compared to the sweating response?. If the atmospheric temperature is above a critical limit, rainfall could cease to happen (water cannot condense above a certain temperature) and this will prevent the only mechanism that is capable of lowering atmospheric temperature - temperature could go above 60 deg C leading to our species extinction. This could happen ANY MOMENT. Any comments?

I do. Especially when some ask questions about whether those of us who either believe in a different form of god or no god at all will go to hell and then follow it up with biblical quotes rather than answering their own question. I'd rather get a straight forward 'You're going to hell' or 'You won't get into heaven' than the quotes. Stop hiding your judgment! All thoughts welcome. Namaste.
