I'd have to say Pantera! Metallica sold out after 'And Justice' while Pantera stayed true to who they were! And, you never see any of the Pantera guys getting all "huffy" about people wanting to download their music!!! The guys in Metallica were already filthy rich before Napster!

Pantera, becasue they are newer, faster, and younger, but Metallica is good to. Pantera isn't acually better, they just are different, and they are both great!
