Guessing since he was from what we now call israel, he would probably be someone who has an olive skinned complexion and would probably be the same guy getting a "random" security check because of his phychical features.

Yes I know Jesus was Jewish. Arab is not a religon and All arabs are not Muslims. Arabs are generally considered people from the Middle East which does include israel. Also the Majority of Arabs in the US are Christians, and many israelis are Arab-Jews.

He was a Semite -- a speaker of at least two Semitic languages: Hebrew and Aramaic. And he probably looked much like the Arabs of today. But he could also have looked like the Persians (Iranians) who are not Arabs.
Your best bet is that he belonged to the HUMAN race!

I can`t believe these answers .if he had been born there in recent history yes he would have been an Arab ..Arab isn`t and never has been a religion like Jewish has never been a nationality .All Arabs are not Muslim there are plenty of Christian and Jewish Arabs as well of which many are in this part of the middle east
The Hebrew people at that time would very closely resemble the Arab people who are there now .Israelis are only light skinned because they are not native to that region and have only lived there for the last sixty or so years which is why they are of European appearance . In fact had Jesus been born there now he would be getting the same treatment from the Israelis as the Palestinians are getting now .
When he was alive his preaching was hardly welcomed with open arms by them . and i doubt if it would be any different now ..

Jewish isn't a race, its a religion. Abraham, the first Jew, wasn't born Jewish. He was born into a polytheistic family in what it now called Iraq. He created Judaism in his 20's. Abraham and all his decendants were and are Arabic.
Semetic: Since Abraham was the first Jew, all who came before him couldn't have been Jewish, ie. Adam and Eve, Cain and Able, Noah and his son, Shem. Shem coined the term, Semetic. It can't mean Jewish, there weren't any.
Semetic means Mesopotamian/Arabic.
Jesus' race was Arabic, his religion, Jewish. When he became baptized his race remained the same. His religion, however, became Christian. Christ was Christian, not Jewish.
Additionally, Christ's langage was Aramaic. Aramaic is to Arabic as Latin is to Italian.

If you consider anyone from the Middle East to be Arab, then yes. Although he was Jewish, he would look much like the people it is currently fashionable to fear and would indeed be subject to 'random' checks.

Jesus is the Christ, or the God center in each of Us. The part of our brain and being that is the highest point of creation, or creativity, imagination, reason, alturistic side.
Lots of the bible makes sense when you realize this. Jesus (the man) came to earth to realize and release the Christ (our spiritual selves). When the Man died, (when the ego is cast aside), the Christ is free to reign.
Arab, Jew, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, whatever doesn't matter. It's all about releasing our own Christ.

Absolutely not. He was a Jew. That is clearly stated in the Bible. His followers called him "Rabbi." The last supper was a Passover celebration.
