my councellor and are not friends,but we share a good friendly relationship,and,she flirts with me like hell.i dont know what she is up to.can anybody guess.

Maybe you are misinterpreting her body language for flirting when really she could be just friendly.
The only relationship you need to have with your counsellor is on a professional level and that's it . It would be very unethical of your counsellor to continue to see you as a client and show advances toward you. If she has any interest in a relationship on a more personal level then your counsellor needs to refere you on to another counsellor.

I'd suggest that you set your eyes elsewhere. That kind of relationship can lead only to trouble. Big Time trouble.
