I havent ridden a bicycle for years, but have just done a 12 mile cycle and i am as stiff as a board !!! how would you ease my pain ? cause i am stiffening up !!!

I'm having a crisis of faith. Please help me christians. Surely God did not have to have such an awful sacriface for us to be clean? Why not just forget about all and forgive us anyway? Dont get me wrong i have already accepted Jesus but I have this awful doubt. Why such a bloody sacrifice as to let them kill your only Son

At 4 in the afternoon, my children started jumping in my apartment (I have 4 children). I live on the top apartment, so my downstairs neighbors who just moved in a month ago started banging on the walls really badly and everytime my children would laugh loudly that day the neighbor would bang on the wall downstairs. The neighbor told the landlord that I am extremely loud and the landlord warned me to keep it quiet. My landlord is from China so I don't think they know all the laws in America. Please Help!!!!!

I have one of those outside tv antennas that goes from the ground to above the house, I always thought you were supposed to be able to turn them so you could adjust them to pick up the strongest signal but my dad says they are not supposed to be able to move, who is right? I don't know exactly how old the antenna is but it does have one of those old flat cable things comming down from it that goes into the house to the tv.

he wont give me a hug
hes giving me silent treatment
he says rude comments to me online
then says sorry for acting that way and that hes just lonely
all i told him was that he shouldnt let all of his negative stress out on me theres better ways to handle it
and he said "whatever i dont want to talk to you right now"
hes hung up on me on the phone twice before
yet tells me i never call him enough
but why should i if he continues to hang up?
i just feel like theres really nothing left i can do.
none of us have mentioned breaking up to another but im seriously thinking that breaking up would make this better and easier
maybe hes just trying to play with my feelings and not look so desperate for me back
i dont know....
