you dont need someone in your life who treats you bad, you said you tried to help him out and he pushed away. i think that you need to think this out thoroughly and if he continues to treat you bad, then its time to end it. good luck with whatever decision you make.

Whatever you do, don't take any clothes off!
That's just going to make things even more complicated.
I would just ignore him for a day or two and see how he responds. If he seems hurt or offended, take him on a date and tell him how he does the same stuff to you and maybe you'll work something out. If it all comes down to it, break up with him because you obviously want a loving easy-going carefree relationship, and your man is not giving it to you.

Set up a face to face witn these rules:
Flip a coin.
One talks until finished. The other listens.
Then the one who listened repeats what they heard.
Then the other person speaks, and the same thing.
Negotiate. Communicate. You have to both want it, not just 1.
Okay?

Um, you are not the one that should be seeking forgiveness. Don't let him try to emotionally blackmail you with his immature behavior. Moreover, don't be so desperate that you will allow him (or anyone) to treat poorly.
End contact with him and let him come to you with an apology. Perhaps not now, but someday you will be glad that you did. Do not let anyone rob you of your dignity.
Remember: People get treated like sh!t because they allow themselves to be treated as such. Don't expect anyone to treat you any better than you demand to be treated.

The next time he sends you a rude message or hang up on you, you go find him and tell him he isn't worth your time that you spend with him and you are sick of his childish reactions and it's the last time he will either hear/see/read emails from you.
Let him go.

He sounds like an idiot. You've done nothing to him and yet he's treating you like crap. Get rid, find someone with fewer problems!!
