Shouldn't real men be brave enough to face their foe with their pure strength, honor and intelligence?

Why would a real man need to stand behind a gun to feel like a man...doesn't this just proove he is scared of the world and has a small penis?

Here's the story. My doctor wanted me to exercise. So I started going to the gym. I'd start with stretching and cardio to warm up for about 15 minutes. From there, I'd go weight lift, my preferred method of exercising, for about 30-45 minutes, or so. I'd finish with crunches and cardio to cool down. Now, people all the time are telling how good I was looking, that I must be loosing weight, even though I hadn't been telling anyone that I was working out. Three months of this go by, and I see the doctor again. She yelled at me. Despite all the progress, I gained about 25 pounds. My doctor said that there is NO WAY a woman could gain that much muscle mass in that short of time. She said I must be eating worse now that I'm exercising, but I wasn't...I was eating better!

So, what is it? Did I do something wrong that I can't figure out? Did my doctor not know what she was talking about? Or am I some kind of mutant?

Thanks in advance!

A dry cleaner is being sued for $67 Million dollars because they lost a pair of pants. The pants belonged to an "attorney" (probably a misnomer) who is suing because the pants were "special".

Minimally this is lawsuit abuse. The dry cleaner has already offered over $12,000 in what is tantamount to extortion, but the jackass continues to press the lawsuit. This wreaks of vengeance and I believe to be unethical behavior - when does the ABA step in and slap this guy down? And we wonder why attorneys have horrible reputations...

John Smith writes me a check for $100. It is drawn out of John Smith's account with ABC Bank and the signature on the front is his (no issue of forgery). The check is made payable to me.

I sign the back of the check (nothing else). I give the check to a local store who cashes the check for me on the spot. The check ultimately bounces.

Do I have any liability for that?

I met a guy on Feburary 18th: we slept together, and started dating that day. The first month of our relationship was awesome. 2 weeks into it he told me he wanted to marry me which I thought was weird, but he told me things that made me believe him that it would be ok. He told me he wanted to get me pregnant, and now we've been dating 2 1/2 months, and I'm 2 months pregnant. I'm still going thru my divorce from my previous husband, and he has an ex fiance (they dated for a little over 2 years) that he says he's completely over, and he told her its done. The past month we've been fighting A LOT, and he actually called on his ex, who he's been ignoring for 2 months, for help, but he told her that he thinks he's made a mistake, and kept asking her if she would ever want to be with him again. I don't know if he's acutally completely over her, or if I just got myself in a big mess or what. He says I make him happy, but he still carries the ring she gave him in his car. Why would he do that

I would. Thank you Mr. Bush, for vetoing the funding for the troops yesterday. I thought for a moment that the Democrats might have to take some reponsibility for this travesty of a war. I appreciate you putting the responsiility solely back on your shoulders and for ignoring the will of the American people. I hope you get every penny you want and have no strings attached, as then there is no way you can come back and blame the Democrats for the deaths of our American soldiers. I would also like to thank you for further proving to Americans that you and the Republican party don't care what they think and handing us the election in '08 on a silver platter. By the time the elections come around, you will find little support for staying the course. Thank you Mr. Bush. You are a Democrat's best friend.

A few years ago, I heard someone's body temperature fell to 56 degrees F and was unconscious for 40 minutes but was revived successfully. I also heard last year that one hospital is tryind a new procedure where they decrease your body temperature to stop your heart on a procedure to remove a brain anuerism. At the end, you will be revived and re-heated. This is experimental and it might be a discovery, which is if your body temperature is very low, your brain is protected, you need less oxygen to survive, you can last longer w/o CPR, and the chances of revival are a lot higher. You would also be hooked up to an EEG to avoid brain death. You might still have brain waves even if the heart has stopped. This will probably be controversial as well.

I am called back for the part of Laura in Glass Menagerie, and she is totally different from anything I've ever done! I'm pretty much happy and like to party and hang out and social and flirty and she's not. I know you will say that I should focus on what Laura WANTS to be and not what she IS, but I'm afraid if I do that I'll seem too outgoing. What should I do? I really really want to do this show. And no it's not for money.

In 1998, Saddam stopped allowing the weapons inspectors into Iraq because Richard Butler, the then head of the UNSCOM, allowed the CIA to infiltrate, after which the commission was used for espionage, and Saddam naturally knew what was happening. The US would have done the same thing if it had been the other way around and Iraq had been inspecting the US and using the commission for espionage.
