I met a guy on Feburary 18th: we slept together, and started dating that day. The first month of our relationship was awesome. 2 weeks into it he told me he wanted to marry me which I thought was weird, but he told me things that made me believe him that it would be ok. He told me he wanted to get me pregnant, and now we've been dating 2 1/2 months, and I'm 2 months pregnant. I'm still going thru my divorce from my previous husband, and he has an ex fiance (they dated for a little over 2 years) that he says he's completely over, and he told her its done. The past month we've been fighting A LOT, and he actually called on his ex, who he's been ignoring for 2 months, for help, but he told her that he thinks he's made a mistake, and kept asking her if she would ever want to be with him again. I don't know if he's acutally completely over her, or if I just got myself in a big mess or what. He says I make him happy, but he still carries the ring she gave him in his car. Why would he do that

Other details I should have mentioned. He moved in about a month ago, and his exfiance may be having his baby too. So if her baby is his she's going to be around, and I'm not okay with that.

She's due in July, and I don't want him to talk to her until the paternity test is done, but she seems to think he needs to keep up on her pregnancy. I don't want them talking at all. All she wants to do is be able to call and update him, but I really don't want them talking at all; because I would think if he was really over her he wouldn't have run to her and said everything he did to her. He could have run to anyone, but he ran to her. He says he made a mistake telling her he may want to be with her,but I'm wondering if he's lying to me; because he's lied about her a lot already. My mom said he may just be confused, but I don't know what to think; because these two were together for so long, and planned on getting married, and I think if her baby is his he may leave me.

Not only has this broken the speed barrier it is totally out of control.
The worst thing is that you are 2 months pregnant so leaving him is not so easy as you have to consider that you want to do with the baby.
I really think you two have caught each other on the re-bound and after the initial buzz is over, gravity has now kicked in. Reality sucks.
Generally couples should have survived a major fight or two and have established a process for reconciliation before getting married. This takes time and varies for each couple. Looks like the 2 of you are not yet in this category that you can have a marriage with a fair chance of surviving in the longer term.
Make an informed decision on the baby as soon as you can.

You know it yourself, girl! Definately way too fast! Think the two of you should just take a while off each other to think if you should keep it together. Better do it quick, once you've come to an agreement, don't turn back. Discuss what you're gonna do with the baby too.

It sounds like you were the rebound women and need to get out of the relationship, 2 weeks and then a marriage proposal? Rebound-large mess, leave and give him an altimatume to either try to want your and his relationship a chance or be happy seeing his kid at visitation.

A bear. Grizzly bear. So much power uphill at 30 mph. Downhill is very slow for them. Bulky and not built for fast downhill running.

while i dont think you are going too fast maybe you should sit down and resolve these problems --- why are you arguing so much???

perhaps just perhaps you were both a little quick to get pregnant BUT resolving your difficulties will make that better --- best wishes
