A woman and a man wanted to have a baby, so they went to the doctor to see if there was a way. When the doctor came in,
told them about a new study that transfers all the pain from
the mother to the father during delivery. They both agreed to
take part in the study.

Later, when the woman went into labor, her husband was
hooked up to the device to transfer the pain. After it was
hooked up the doctor turned on the power. The man didn't feel
anything so he told the doctor to turn the power up. After
the power was turned up the man still couldn't feel anything.
The doctor turned it up more. The man still couldn't feel it.
Finally, the doctor turned it up the whole way. The woman
delivered a beautiful baby, and neither of them felt any
pain.

When they got home, the mailman was dead on the doorstep.

Americans have a right, and a DUTY, to speak out about the government and correct perceived mistakes.

Yet it is also true in this media age that our enemies monitor domestic developments to determine whether America has the will to continue to fight, and also seek to affect the national mood. Communications intercepts have confirmed this.

So I have a sincere question: how does one critique the war effort and seek to change policy without worsening the situation "on the ground" at least in the short term?

Again, I'm asking sincerely because this is something we should all think about.

I generally support the war effort but again people have a right to speak out.

Thanks for your thoughts.

“How DARE you imply that we hate freedom?”

That’s what red-faced Liberals say, even as they protest against the war for Freedom in Iraq and call our President a war criminal.

Liberals are such hypocrites, and I for one am sick of it!

These modern radical Leftists might not be wearing their old-fashioned Birkenstocks and tie-dyed t-shirts, but their cowardly, anti-American mentality is the same as it has always been. They don't want to pay the price for their own freedom, let alone anyone else’s. Their last presidential nominee even threw his own Vietnam War medals away.

Conservatives, on the other hand, truly love freedom – so much so that when necessary, they are willing to fight to preserve and protect it, as well as to export it around the world and extend it to other peoples less fortunate than we are.

Listen up, Liberals! Why don’t you want the women and children of Iraq to have the same freedoms as you do here in America? If you don’t love Freedom move to Cuba!

"God protects us at all times. He says in His word that He would never leave us or forsake us. "

ok now people say that God doesn't "interfere" and "control" the lives of people right? so when bad things happen,if God doesn't interfere, and doesn't stop the bad thing from happening to u,what's the point of even being there?

i mean, let's take an example of a person who's drowning to death.if another person is standing and watching, but doesn't do anything to help that person in any way,how can anyone say that that person loves the person who was being drowned? and doesn't God do the same thing? there are sooo many people being drowned, burnt etc...

ok now i guess u'll say that the person being drowned shouldn't have gone that far? well what if he DIDN'T go far? there have been people who drowned because they had a sudden cramp..

what's the point of "loving"people if he doesn't DO anything? just "being there" is useless isn't it? how can u even CALL it "love"?

K...before you start with your "heartless idiot" rhetoric, hear me out.

Under our current system, if you're a business owner, it's in your best interest to have your business pay for everything you need and to break even at the end of the year showing $0 income on your tax return. Individuals can get pay raises, but see no net gain, perhaps even keep less, because they cross over into a new tax bracket.

My point is that our current tax system incentivizes people to produce less than they could. Additionally, it's much more difficult to falsify income than it is expenses, making the tax code simpler.

So, what if people actually paid less in taxes as they made more. We want people to be industrious, start businesses, be creative, and produce. What if we created a system where people said "ya know, if I can figure out how to make an extra $3000, next year, I'll pay less in taxes."

If we could start over (smaller, more efficient government & simpler tax code), could this work?

In mammals the original lifestyle consists of totally seggregated male and female spaces as represented by one of the oldest mammals ----- the elephants.

Mammals have no social pressures to do so. Males and females instinctively prefer that.

It is the same-sex sexual bonds that keep these male-only/ female only spaces strong and livable.

However, some males (around 5%) are exclusively 'heterosexual' (sic) & they need to live with females. Since they can't they become loners (as in elephants).

But, in species (such as horses or lions) where the females become weak (due to weakened same-sex bonds) these 5% males + 7% to 10% others who are predominantly so-called 'heterosexual', control these female spaces as harems.

That's the only heterosexual space that we know of in the natural mammalian setting (including tribal humans).

Males, especially love and need their male-only spaces. Destroying these spaces by heterosexualising them is the bigggest but unacknowledged....
