Neutrino's do not travel at the speed of light, but just close to it.

Their mass will be considerably more at this speed than their 'rest mass'. i.e. they will have more momentum and energy than when at rest.

A photon is similar to a neutrino, they both travel at "C" why should there be a difference?
When a super nova erupts the neutrinos precede light from the interior and continue to lead it for thousands of years to an observer.

A nutrino does not travel at the speed of light.
It travels very close to it.
Their mass is minuscule (but non-zero), too small to be measured at this time.
