The best way to get a good note from your exhaust is to remove the rear muffler and continue the twin exhaust independently from one another to the back of the car. this will leave just the two intermediate mufflers and give you the sound you are looking for. Shouldn't get you into too much trouble... depends how you drive it...

you don't need hot dogs cos the LS1 has a deep enough note on its own.

I own the Holden Manaro LS-2 V-8 Pontiac GTO with a SLP cat back system. Plenty lould. But if your goal is noise that is easily turned off investigate Electronic Cut outs. Electric motor powered butterfly valve that will open the exhaust ahead of the mufflers. Illegal here in the states but still available, Roar down the highway!

I use to eat raw hot dogs as a kid and I'm a senior now. So I guess they are not that bad,for you.Very fatty food, with a bunch of additives, consume carefully in moderation.

It's a Holden...... give it a minute, and the muffler will rust through, giving you the sound you're after.
