i found this out the hard way i guess. my daughter won a goldfish at a festival we had last week. we already have a female beta so i just put the goldfish in with the beta. there are roots and stems in the water so they did get oxygen. i never seen them fight as to where i would have taken the goldfish right back out if i seen this. what happened? water conditions not right? needless to say, i flushed the goldfish and my daughter hasn't noticed.

Well okay, the guy and girl doesnt have to be dating. They can be going out as friends and all and is it only right that the guy offer to pay for dinner and movie and all when they are out?

I think that it is gentlemanly for the guy to do so. The girl can reject, but the guy should at least offer to do so. My male friend and I were having a discussion the other day and he said that this is a outdated thinking.. Well, how bout you?

there is this man who wheres a necklace that gives me the creeps . when i see him i think he is a klan, I may be wrong .its A star of some sort but not the star of david I know that one when i see it. dose any one have a picture of jewelry a klan would where. Im just trying to figure out why i can stand to be around this person because Im not getting good vibes the way he looks me up and down all the time. could you please hurry because if he comes near me again I dont think I could stand it.simply because i cant get passed this necklace. my place of work does work for him and i personaly dont want to deal with him any longer.

I left the May Company in April 06 due to a merger with Macy's. I couldn't decide at the time how best to move my profit sharing and retirement monies. Now I feel I'm going to be stuck paying a extremely high tax penalty... over $13,000. Is there a way to avoid paying 07 taxes on this money? Is it too late to put the money in some kind of investment to avoid the penalty?

I've only had to show the card when applying for a job, a drivers license, or a mortgage. If you lose your wallet, someone could apply for credit in your name with your drivers license and social security cards. I almost lost my wallet the other day, which is why I'm asking. I've already removed my social security card from my wallet in case it happens again, but I'm wondering if I'll ever need it outside of applying for a job or other events that are planned ahead of time.

Seriously, I'm more of a sceptic than most people you'll ever meet, but this is beginning to bug me. There is nothing, I repeat nothing, added to the debate by name calling and religion bating. If your an atheist and you call them "dumb christians" you're just as bad as the fundies calling us "hellbound," "spiritually dead" etc. If you really want to take the side of reason in a debate, you have to ACT LIKE AN ADULT! There are a half a million ways to question belief without resulting to ad hoc insults. If you feel the need to poke the fundies, for crap's sake, have a little decorum about it. If you really must (I can't imagine why) insult them, have some class and attack their arguments and deride their logic, not the people who have those thoughts. Anyone with me?

I believe that if you do someone's homework for them, you are hurting them. And yet, I don't feel that way about other questions.

They are doing a peaceful march, they may not be legal but they're not doing any danger to anybody and they are certaintely not trying to take over. Everyone has the right to say what they feel and freedom of assembly, dont they????
Dont just say that they dont because they're illegal but they still have that right, not just because of the amendments
