Either Hampton (when he's healthy; a rare thing), Willis, or Zambrano. Let's check the data...
Career hitting through 30-April-2007 (except for Hampton, who hasn't played since 2005)
Hampton - .242/.292/.354, 161 hits, 19 doubles, 15 HR, 66 adjOPS, 71 runs created, 3.29 RC/27 outs.
Willis - .224/.270/.331, 67 hits, 8 doubles, 6 HR, 59 adjOPS, 26 RC, 2.71 RC/27
Zambrano - .213/.223/.362, 73 hits, 14 doubles, 11 HR, 48 adjOPS, 30 RC, 2.66 RC/27.
If Mike ever makes it back and shows his old form, he's the easy winner, otherwise take yer pick 'tween Dontrelle and Carlos.

Carlos Zambrano. Everyone else forgot to mention he switch hits. That makes his ability to hit and bunt way more useful to the team. He usually hit a homer from both sides during the course of the year, and just his presence in the batting circle disrupts the opposing teams normal game plan. For example, would you walk the batter intentionally to get to the pitchers spot if it was big Z on deck? Probably not if you read the scouting report.

Tom Glavine, excellent lifetime batting average, can lay down a good sac bunt, he's not an automatic out like most pitchers.

Carlos Zambrano is tough. Dontrell Willis swings like a hitter. Mike Hampton (when he isn't taping an aspirin to something) is the best.

scott olsen--he's 6-11 this year, and believe it or not he hits in the clutch
even if he isn't the best pitcher, he's the best hitting one

Dontrell Willis because he can hit home runs. He even got a grand slam last year.
