Braves because
1) Reyes is over-rated
2) Met fans get annoying
3) Atlanta is a fun city to go visit

The New York Mets are the better team as of right now simply because they have a better offense then the Atlanta Braves do. Once the Mets get their pitching healthy and certain guys truly step into their own then watch out. Besides the Mets are doing pretty good so far considering that their pitching isn't exactly at full strength. Once Pedro comes back that'll help out a lot.

Tough question! I'd have to say the Mets only because in the long run their lineup will produce more runs than the Braves. Having said that, I'm not surprised that the Braves are doing this well. After all they know how to win and have rebounded nicely from last seasons problems. I wouldn't count the Phillies out either. It's early and the Phillies have a pretty decent lineup as well. Pitching is the key. Which ever of these three teams gets the best pitching will win the division.

The Mets and they will get even better as soon as Pedro returns. The Braves have been beating the bottom feeders or the league. I dont even see the Braves making the playoffs by the end of the season.

Too early to say. I think both teams have obvious strengths. The Braves have a much-improved bullpen and the offense has shown more power than most people thought. The Mets' pitching rotation has done very well, and their offense also puts up a lot of runs.
These two teams have kept flip-flopping back and forth from 1st to 2nd, and I think it will be that way most of the season, assuming both teams stay healthy. They both have a serious chance to win the division, and as someone stated above, it wouldn't surprise me to see them both make the playoffs. But it is still very, very early.
A lot of baseball left.

good question! they are pretty evenly matched! the mets have slight edge in power department over braves, but atlanta has pitching edge. it depends on met pitching! if el duque can get healthy, and the young pitchers step up, i give the division to the mets with the braves getting the wild card! BOTH, HOWEVER, WILL BE IN PLAYOfFS THIS YEAR!

i would say the mets because there bullpen is stronger and have more than just one pitcher that can continuosly produce. The mets also have a better infield and outfield. Also when pedro n el duque come back, the braves are pretty much screwed

Beating on the bottom feeders? How can you win 14 or 15 straight division titles by just beating bottom feeders. The Braves are the better team, they just cant win the big games.

The BRAVES!! They have a better starting rotating, a better bullpen, and a more powerful lineup. That is why they will recapture the division title this year.
Chow!!
