It's just plain ignorance. Ignorance about Netiquette. Ignorance of the fact that each forum, each channel has its own appropriate language. Ignorance that writing this way in a public forum makes them look like clueless wannabees in front of the whole Web.
Add to that lack of punctuation, SMS/text message language, spelling errors and bad grammar, and it will make them look like a Grade A Morons. Before you break the rules, you better learn what the rules are first.
I wonder if these people ever realize that when they start looking for a job, the first impression of their email or letter will be vital, and the result of a quick Google search will play an important role?

A horse can nonetheless be "free" in a pasture it really is 5 acres. have you ever talked to the owner about this mission? no longer being impolite to you in any respect extra to the owner yet why would not the owner get out in a three hundred acre paddock and attempt to capture a you g horse on eco-friendly grass? per chance if the owner had some type of bond with the pony then the owner will be able to capture her. little bit of a stupid mission, fancy having a smooth horse in a paddock finished of eco-friendly grass!! i really do no longer recognize a thanks to bypass about that, the purely mission i'd do is search for suggestion from the owner and attempt to placed the horses in a smaller paddock or section off part of the paddock.

I'm guilty of it....and yes it's because I'm lazy.
Also, I'm so used to typing in MS Word (which capitalizes everything for you) that when I get to Yahoo Answers...I just can't break the habit.
Apologies. I know how much stupid internet talk bothers me.
examples:
caps lock
"your" instead of "you're"
boyz, l8er, BRB
I think you get the point.
Have a good one.

Word processing software has left a lot of people not bothered to use Shift, because they simply correct the capitalisation errors for them anyway.

i do not use the shift key because i am toooo lazy, i do not care whether the "i" in my sentences is capitalized or not. or for that matter, any of the other letters in the beginning of my sentences. even if i or anyone else were using text messages to answere on here, you would still be able to capatalize the i's or the first letters of each sentence just by hitting a button like the shift. so why dont you stop complaining?

well it all depends who you're writing to. if you're writing in an informal matter such as to a friend, family, or such and such. then you don't need to worry about it. It's not like you're writing a formal paper for school or business. it's almost samething with why do people use "lol" "omg" "gg" etc. instead of writing the whole words out. just get over it!
