staining affinity refers to the molecular attraction (or affinity) of a specific stain for a particular type of cell component. an example would be the gram stain. the crystal violet has an affinity for the molecules found in the cell wall of gram positive organisms, while safranin has an affinity for the cell wall of gram negative organisms.

A troll is someone that follow's certain people around from question to question and reports their answers simply due to disagreement. OR Someone who follows certain people to their questions then only pops in to have a dig and not answer the question. AND A troll is someone who loves reporting violations even if a mild word they don't like is used, it's like they have nothing better to do with their sad lives. Let's just put it this way I answered a question that asked "Why don't people like others having friends on Y!A" and my answer said "Because they are stuck up and snotty", yeah I recieved a violation for that this morning and I'm sorry but unless I'm missing something this was not a personal attack on any certain person, nor did I use profanity. So basically there you have it, now you know how pathetic some people really are. Oops almost forgot, a troll is also a person who gives a thumbs down to someone just because they don't agree with their taste, for example: In Music, fashion or movies. And lets not forget when someone is offering good advice to people, the trolls give a thumbs down to the people that are being helpful.
