They are doing a peaceful march, they may not be legal but they're not doing any danger to anybody and they are certaintely not trying to take over. Everyone has the right to say what they feel and freedom of assembly, dont they????
Dont just say that they dont because they're illegal but they still have that right, not just because of the amendments

USA Government makes a lot of money from ILLEGAL INMIGRANTS. All the taxes they deduct from their paychecks, because if they're illegal they cannot claim nothing back. If somebody is stopped by the police for driving without a D.L. it pays over a 1,000 dlls to bail out and if police stops him again, he'll probably have to pay 2,000 dlls and go back to the streets again.
You only talk about what you think ILLEGAL INMIGRANTS are doing wrong but you don't talk about what you are getting out of them.

I don't understand why they are protesting in the US. They are not citizens here. This isn't some excercise in semantics. They entered this country illegally so they have no right to receive recognition. If they are legal immigrants then they have the right to protest any perceived wrong, but they are not legal so it makes no sense.

Do I have the right to sneak into Canada and then complain that I'm not recognized in the same way that a Canadian citizen is?

Why aren't they protesting in Mexico?

Why are legal immigrants protesting along side illegal immigrants? They seem to think that because many in the US have a problem with the illegals that we also have a problem with those who came here legally. Why is that?

Legal Immigrants have the right to march. But illegal immigrants should be arrested and deported.
Entering the USA illegally is a crime... plain and simple.

an analogy:
legally taking a notebook computer from a store (ie purchasing) is OK

illegally taking a notebook computer from a store (ie stealing) is not OK. it is a crime, and the criminal should be arrested

What don't you understand about illegal? They have no right to be here so they have no right to assembly, no rights under the constitution because they are ignoring the law. They do not have rights. The law and the constitution protect those here legally, not criminals. Do you not get that illegals have committed a crime and are therefore criminals?
