I am wanting to know the proper way to take these vitamins I was recomended to take. They just say take twice a day? does it matter if I take two at once? or should I take 1 when i wake up and another before I go to sleep? Is there a benefit or a difference, of taking it the two ways? It also says best to take with food? so should i eat first then take it or take it and make sure I eat soon? Maybe I am just thinking about this too hard hahaha I do that alot but I would like to know for sure what exactly is meant, or best way to execute the directions.so anyone know??? this has been bugging me lately. I dont kow why they just dont put one tablet twice a day, or two tablets once a day...how hard is that???

I personally love Axe and Tag, but I've been told there's so much better.
Is there any out there that are still within a reasonable price?
I don't want to be paying like, $50 for a 3 oz. bottle.

I also like Hollister's Drift.
Anything similar, or even better, is welcome.

I sometimes lend a helping hand to my dad in his business whenever I have free time. One day whilst helping my dad, something happened which left me somewhat embarassed. After serving a customer, the customer said in low but audible tone ' say thank you. ' You are probably wondering why I did'nt express gratitude to the customer. My dad had already expressed his gratitude to the customer, thus I saw it unnecessary to thank the customer. I can't seem to be putting this incident behind me. I feel embarassed whenever I reflect on this incident. Please advise. Don't hesitate to be as honest as possible.

I've tried stopping but it only lasted for a few months , then i resume pulling again. It has been like this for me since i was 12 years old but now i'm 18 and i dont want to continue being like this. I really need help coz i dont wanna live like this .. besides i'm shy and i have low self esteem because of this hair pulling disorder..I've tried all sorts of treatment from going to the psychologist and "mediums". The "mediums" said that i was possessed but i just dont believe all those craps. I am a born again Christian and i have tried praying but still i can't control my urge to pull my hair. I pull my hair and eat the hair shaft and this have been my so called "hobby". But this "hobby" of mine is turning me into an ugly girl. I have to cover my very big bald patches by wearing a scarf all the time when i go out and to school too. I've been to a psychologist and he said it was stress related but now i think it's my bad habit coz i keep putting my hands on my head and pull my hair.

There's people at school and work that I talk to AT school and work, but I don't really have any friends. Nobody invites me anywhere, so I rarely go anywhere. I have siblings, but my brother doesn't really have friends either, and my sister is quite a bit younger than me. I've never done anything with anyone (except family) outside of school (except organized sports). I have been on one date, but that didn't work out. All I want to know is how the heck do I make a friend. I feel like nobody would want to be my friend because I'm shy and quiet when I first meet people, and they would think I was boring.

My daughter is 21/2 and has just had cold sores in her mouth. She has calcification (tarter build-up) on her 2 top front teeth and bleeding gums. We brush her teeth daily. Her bottom teeth at the front have come up crooked. At 21/2 she is just 11kg and has only put on a kg in 12 months - she still wears a size 1. Her speech is above average. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong??

does anyone have any suggestions of where I can store bank #s, passwords, scans of my birthcertificate etc. Though I have hard copies in the bank, I want to be able to easily access them on the computer but i am worried about safety on the computer or someone from the internet hacking it. Is there somekind of program for this. Or something that will password protect? Or maybe some external device with a keypass? Thanks.
