That is any craft native to the people. Here in Australia it could be bark painting, basket weaving, making of traditional weapons or musical instruments. In other cultures it might be weaving, or pottery, leatherwork, beading, or glass making. Just depends what is native where they are.
They can charge admission to the village. They can give demonstrations of the craft and the history behind it. They can sell the craft products. It can include the cultural experience - native dance, music. They can rent out accommodation in the historical style of the village. Offer traditional style food.
In fact there are whole industries that could be based on, or benefit from the Craft Village. The artisans benefit, those offering food and accommodation benefit, those offering transport, shopping, or any other goods or services can benefit from the increase in trade.
