Helium is inert and causes no ill effect.
The biggest risk you have is not getting enough oxygen when you breath in only helium. The helium won't harm you but the lack of oxygen could -- in extreme cases.
In fact, helium has many therapeutic uses and is used for breathing treatments (see heliox) for medical conditions such as respiratory syncytial virus in children. It has also been used for deep sea diving to avoid some of the problems with nitrogen when in a high pressure environment (although not with as much success as originally hoped).
It does not cause addiction, or cancer, or brain damage, or heart attacks.

nope but it will kill brain cells and can cause you to have a heart attack and many other nasty symptoms if your vulnerable or unlucky enough. its fun but i would reccomend doing it often as its bad for your health and dangerous
