I graduated in 1986 and have gone up two sizes. I have changed my eating habits and exercise 30 minutes a day, so I hope to be down a size by next month. I'm asking this question because I was on classmates.com yesterday and they are letting you view pictures for a limited time and I saw that everyone I went to school with had gained weight. And do you think it's possible to get down to what you weighed in school or are you beyond thinking that?

I am going to get my upper ear pierced (helix piercing). Because it has to heal for a while, I want to get a ring that I really like. If I buy body jewelry off the web or in a store, can I bring it to a piercing shop and have them autoclave it and then pierce me with it? Or do they usually insist on piercing you with their own materials?

How about that? After all, we are a country of MANY religions. We can open Congress for a month with readings from the Avesta from the Zorastrian religion. How about Hunduism? Judaism? Shito...we have plenty of Japenese here. Taosism, we don't want to leave out the Chinese. Wiccan? Scientology? Islam? Confucianism? Bahai?

Hi all,
I’m having problems with the following question.
“Find the multiplicity root of the equation x^3 – x^2 – x +1 = 0 near x0 = 0.9 the answer of the problem that I have been given is 1.773 ~ 2.0

I can’t get this answer or anything near this. Could anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong
I’m using the formula
[f ‘ (x0)] ^2
----------------------------------
[f ‘ (x0)] ^2 – f ‘’ (xo) f’(xo)

To get the value m. Please tell me if this is the right way to proceed with this question. Id appreciate show me the steps being used here.

i wanna know if this thing is true, i once saw in the page sweden.se that even though there are a lot of myths around swedish persons, it is becoming more acceptable for a married woman to have an "emotional affair" (?) with another man besides her husband as long as she doesn´t have sex with the other guy.
