Mothers who have children are paid > They are blessed, their fulfillment as a woman that they can bear children, their love for their children and it return to her tenfold times. That is the best experience for a woman that can not be compared to material richness.

I hear all the time that mothers are underpaid and overworked and I really don't believe that to be true. I don't get a check for being a mom, but it certainly has enough rewards. And even if it is a lot of work, it's nothing I would ever give up doing.

I think you should be showered with love and a nice footrub and backrub every night. Have a hot bath drawn for you, dinner cooked and some nice quiet alone time!! You are an angel for taking care of 4 children. That and $20 per hour would be nice.

The pay is 18 years of misery for each kid. But since you have 4 kids I guess you have a total of 72 years of misery. The payoff is if your kids become successful in life you'll be looked after in your old age. =)

i have 4 children also, my wife stays home with them and i work. what she does for them can't be classified with a dollar amount. i have worked two jobs sometimes 3 to insure they will have their mommy home with them. i am grateful that she is willing to do this in a time when it's all about "me" and not family. it's something the children will remember forever and hopefully will help them grow into loving, respectful adults.

Depends on the job they do. I know some mothers who would need to return some money.

I have 4 kids too and I know when I was working I made good money and it was hard work but I think being a mother is alot harder I say atleast $50,000.00 a year.

Good question. Probably your average babysitting job...what's that pay? Like 3 bucks an hour?? With no benefits....
