Some people believe they can...I tend to be very skeptical on this issue.

Satan need not worry about non believers of Christ (you know the 'he was a great teacher, or he never really existed people) as they are already under his influence. The real fight and assault begin when a person accepts Christ as his saviour. Then the evil one will attempt to find a crack in the armour and slip in with his minions. Possession is possible if we're not prepraed spiritually to battle the desolate one!

Aren't Christians the Only ones who can be possessed by demons?
It's a little like if you don't believe in Santa then he can't Not bring you presents...

Yes a Christian can be possessed by demons. That is if you allow them to they will.When you as a Christian continually ell lies i bet you r possessed by a lying demon and it goes on just like that,Just don't do anything to let them in cause they will if yo let them

Sometimes I wonder about this, the ranting and raving of some so called Christians seems more akin to the wrong type of spirits than it is to the Holy Spirit, Atheists are damned to Hell,Catholics are not Christians and will go to Hell, is this the sign of Gods spirit within? now if Christ commanded `Do not judge or you shall be judged` isn`t all this diatribe in opposition to His spirit.

if they are truly born again Christians, no... for when we are born again, the Holy Spirit comes to live within us.... and Light and darkness cannot coexist in the same place (within a person)
demons can cling to Christians tho, I have seen that happen many times. but they cannot completely possess them

no. Not possessed- where there is light there can not be darkness.
Harassed by demons- yes, but call upon the blood of Christ and in his power, command them to leave.

anyone of any faith can be possesed by demons. Hell...there is an exercism ritual

Theologically, I don't think so. But there is no protecting them from bad fashion taste.
