At first it helped with a deep depression. After Xmas, however, I found myself in more of a state, I told the GP it wasn't working, he said continue it. On the advice of others who've gone through the merry go round of these meds, I stopped today and wanted to see what happened. Nothing dramatic, just tired. I am also on a long acting sedative (clonopin) which I felt I should have been on from the outset (my first experience with ssris was celexa with clonopin and eventually I just stopped taking the celexa after 2 or so months with no ill effects.) Point is I am really seriously depressed about things in my life now; and for some reason I don't think the med is working. Any advice from someone who's been through this. I don't feel like switching SSRIs (I never trusted them to begin with), it feels like it hit its peak and stopped working.

Ok, my nails are SUPER short and messed up from nail biting, skin is frayed from biting it off (odd habit, dont ask), and as of cracking my fingers....theyre stiff as a board, please help, i don't know how to kick these habits and they're getting worse and worse, i want to cup my hands all the time so people can't see them. If me and my ex broke up and our kids (all 5 are around the same ages 12-12, 10-9, and 6), love each other and want to be together on the weekends, should we allow them to be together? Is it prolonging the separation? Does it give them false hope of a reconciliation?

Right no one belives me when i use to drink and get drunk i can always remeber what happend the night befor, and at most times drank myself sorber even tho ive had a good night out. Now my question is this..
when you get drunk and you say that you dont remeber the night befor, is this true or are you just wanting to forget of what happen to you the night before. Its never happend to me ever and i always wonder if my mates are haveing me on when they say this.

Is that not BARBARIC? If God loves you then if you sin why could not we ask for forgiveness?
like in Islam if we sin * which every human does except all the prophets who were innocent* we ask for forgiveness... We don extra prayers, we read the Quran more often and we ask God to forgive us.........
We don't kill some one or something to get rid of our sins... thats extremely selfish if some one thinking clearly...
