can u explain the steps to solve this problem::

a rectangle is 14 cm wide and 48 cm long. find the measure of the acute angle between its diagonals.

Stand it vertically, Let x be the acute angle, and z be a base angle. Tan z = 48/14 look up z, then x=180-2z.

The diagionals intersect at the center of the rectangle with respect to to two dimensions, so the diagionals form an isoceles triangle with a base of 14, an altitude of 24 and sides of 25 (7/24/25 right triangle). The altitude bisects the angle desired, and the half angle has a sin of 7/25th.
