To put it nicely, I have a 'curvy' figure. I've been working out for about 6 months and the results I've gotten are...well, i haven't really gotten any.

I run 30 minutes a day in the morning, I then walk an hour at night, and I do 50 min - 1 hour of lifting weights, doing crunches, leg squats, push ups, etc. I do all that six days a week and take sunday off as a 'resting day'. I also keep my calorie intake to less than 1300 a day.

Is there anything more i can do that will produce better results?

I havent told any of my friends and my older brother who I love. He is always nice to me and drives me places. I have to give up gymnastics I was in level 8. I havent even told my best friend yet. Ist this worth crying about? Or should I think that life sucks sulk in my room and think about what I could have done with my life. Please help me cope with my issue! Any info on a fake leg, or any ways to tell my brother and my best friend. I am at home right now and the procedure is happening tomorrow morning at nine. I am so nervous!! Please help me!! Cheer me up and tell me its gonna be ok. Any Ideas on what to do so people dont pitty me and give me the special treatment?? thanks your help is GREATLY appreciated!!!! :-)

The cross is a strong symbol of the Christian faith and the means by which atonement was made between God and humanity. I know the LDS members have heard this verse in Revelation 22:18-19 "I warn everyone who hears the prophecy of this book: if ANYONE ADDS ANYTHING to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. vs 19 And if ANYONE TAKES WORDS AWAY from this book of prophecy, "God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. vs 20 He (Jesus) who testifies to these things says, Yes I am coming soon." Can the LDS church explain why they do not obey the scriptures in the bible and claim to be christian? Anything that is not of God is antichrist. I would like some feed back from an intelligent and civil LDS member to answer these questions.

Does anybody know what influences Van Gogh had, and possibly what school or teachers he had who may have influenced his drawing style...It seems so distinct. I'm not just talking about how he simplified shapes, I am also talking about his figurative handling of form.

I've tried it every now and then for about 2 years.
I relax, concentrate, try to disconnect myself from my body...
AND NOTHING!!

The most noticeable thing I have accomplished is reducing my heart rate and respiration, and feeling my arms and legs rise a little...
but even THAT isn't close to achieving it!
