i just got my first bmx bike today and i cant do much i cant bunny hop for **** and i can only manual for like 2 or 3 seconds.
how can i improve my manual?
How can i bring my back wheel up when i try to bunny hop?

lol **** aint fun when you suck. is it supposed to be this hard in the beginning.

I agree with Alex, the website he put was a good one. I actually used it. I however found it not extrmely helpfull, but I learned a little. Yeah, just practice till your arms fall off, lol. You just kinda need to keep tryin', and tryin'!!! I started BMX when I was around 12 and now I am 15 and just recently started getting good at bunnyhops. Good luck! And yes it will be hard at first.

Just keep at it. Everything is hard at the beginning. My advice would be to find a group of friends who have been at this for a while and learn from them. You'll be a pro in no time.

well i was in the same hole like 3 months ago then i took my lil bros mountain bike all aluminium bike out for a ride when mine was in the shop and it got my confidence up so high i was hopping almost a foot so try a light weight bike to boost your connfidence and have fun

Yes, it is hard in the beginning. As you get better and go to learn new tricks, those will be hard also.

when you bunnyhop have the balls of your feet on the peddals so that your toes hang over the frount and curl them a little to get a better grab to bring the back end up

and go to your local bike park and watch other riders

hahahahaha. well it is alot easier if u have good back brakes and put your middle finger on them and squeeze them if u go back to far. trying jumping on to curbs and ride at every moment you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
