To put it nicely, I have a 'curvy' figure. I've been working out for about 6 months and the results I've gotten are...well, i haven't really gotten any.

I run 30 minutes a day in the morning, I then walk an hour at night, and I do 50 min - 1 hour of lifting weights, doing crunches, leg squats, push ups, etc. I do all that six days a week and take sunday off as a 'resting day'. I also keep my calorie intake to less than 1300 a day.

Is there anything more i can do that will produce better results?

eat more, eat balanced. 1300 per day is not enough to maintain your weight if you are sitting down all day. your body is in a catabolic state, using your body for nutrition instead of burning fat off. make sure you get enough protein, lower carb and fat intake and you will see results. also avoid eating anything after 9 pm.

your problem is that you're not consuming enough calories. your intake is likely not much more than your daily output. if you don't get enough calories then your body clings to what you have... and you don't lose weight. your habits are very similar to someone with anorexia. i'd say to talk to a dietician or research it on the internet. you could likely increase your calorie intake by at least 500/day and then you may see some results (but it won't be automatic, and you may gain at first as your body re-adjusts).

as was already stated you aren't consuming enough calories. check out the website below to see how many calories you should be consuming for maintenance then subtract 500 from that
