well.. i have a bajaj caliber 115 2003 model. There's lot of noise coming from the chain whenever i shift gears (mostly 2nd and 3rd gears). How to get rid of that noise?

--The chain might need to be adjusted (has to much slack).
--The chain could be worn (stretched in spots). After adjusting the chain slack, does the chain get tight and loose when spinning the wheel? If it does, replace the chain.
--Check the F&R sprockets. If any of the teeth look bent (or hooked), replace it/them.
--Check the rubber dampeners in the rear sprocket hub. Remove the rear wheel, lay it flat on the ground and try to spin the sprockt forward and back. It shouldn't move much. Pull the sprocket hub off the wheel. Check the dampeners to see if they're "squished" or cracked.
