I am currently paying $3000 for my house right now and trying to lower the payment since it is too high for me. My friend told me that when you do mortage, the company is going to partially own your house or something since they are lending you money. So far I found 2
loan companies that offer loans: quickenloans.com and lendingtree.com. Are these the right companies? Am I making the right decision in trusting these companies that they could lower my house payments?

We would be having a full service move (ie. packing, moving, etc.) It would be nice if one of us could fly in Friday night...pack up, and then leave on Sunday. But it would depend on what days moving companies work. My husband swears they work only on weekdays.

This is my situation, right now my rate is 7.something% fixed. My credit is horible, under 500. I was wondering if refinancing(we have someone that'll give us 9.99% for 2yrs,then refi or buy) will help out our credit score so that we could by a bigger better home within the next year or so. I was with my ex for five years, give or take. We have a son together. We moved to Florida to be a family but she broke up with me. I was broken hearted for awile but decide to move on so I started talking to someone. She told me she wanted to try one more time so I got back with her. Everything was good, or at least I thought so. I bought an engagement ring, was planning where to take her to the honymoon and everything. But would'nt you know it she broke up with me. I still love her and to my shock I'm still in love with her. She doesnt feel the same way so I'm trying to forget about her in this way but having trouble doing it. There's more to the story but don't have enough room. So if there's any one who can relate your advice would be HIGHLY appreciated. SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE.

Here is my situation. I have about 15K worth of credit card debt. I've got all of this on 0% apr cards for the next year (while I pay it off). I have about 12K coming my way from my car which I'm going to sell. I'm planning on buying a new car. Would it be better to use the 12K as a down payment on the new car, or buy the new car with little to no down and pay off the credit cards? I'm wondering this from a credit perspective, not from a saving money persepective. Thanks!

i always end up falling asleep at 3:30 or 4 when i have to wake up at 6:30. during school i've been more alert though but when i get home i fall asleep on the couch. how do i keep myself from falling asleep on the couch and how do i get to sleep at night?

I just purchased a Nikon D80 and I love it but I want to find the best lens for portraits. I shoot a lot of indoor portraits and hate flash so I need something that will be great for lowlight situations. I only shoot face shots. no full body or waist up shots.


Also, I have read that when shopping for lenses for DSLRs you have to do some calculations. Here is what I read about it from KenRockwell.com can someone please help with this?



"Digital SLRs have a sensor only 67% as big as film, so any lens used on digital gives a smaller field of view similar to a lens of 1.5 times the focal length. Take the focal length you use on your film camera and divide by 1.5 to get the focal length you need on a digital camera for the same effect. For instance, a 28 - 105 mm lens is about perfect on a film camera, which means for a digital camera you want an 18 - 70 mm lens"

Some limbs were cut on my Austrian Pine to allow for a better view and over time the tree has shrunk considerably. What would cause this? Is it the cutting of the limbs or something else?

I realise this will probably get reported for some reason but until then I want to pray for you, and I need prayer also.
I feel like I am deep in the widerness alone. I am not being used at church, I cannot find a decent job. I am having a hard time even in prayer. I know this is a time of growth in God, but I feel so uterly helpless. It seems all I want to do is cry. I cannot sleep, only 2 or 3 hours a night. When I read my Bible I cannot stay awake but I only dose for a couple minutes. Please pray!!!!!!!!!!
