I have excellent payment histories on my rent, my car (a lease), and am generally good with my finances. I don't carry any debt outside of my reasonable student loan. I only have one credit card and I only use it for small purchases that I pay off in full usually on time. My question is, a couple of times I have been a few days late making my credit card payment, although I either pay in full or at least half of the balance, depending on how much is owed. Do these infrequent late payments (a week at most) affect my credit score and how much?

Me and flatmate/boyfriend split up 2 days ago (he dumped me!). I pretended to be ok with it. Today i sent a text to a friends telling her that he dumped me and I was devastated but of-course i accidently sent it to ex-boyfriend. After i stopped banging my head against the wall I sent him another text expalining that the previous text hadn't been for him and that obviously he already knew that he'd dumped me. His reply was 'X'. Just that nothing else. What the hell is that? A pity kiss? Please explain. Also how shall I act when he comes home later?

We have such crucial news going on right now in the world like with N.Korea allowing UN into inspect their nuclear weapons and agreeing to shut them down. NOW THAT'S IMPORTANT! Instead of focusing on news like that and the fact that our country is at war, the media is continuously focusing on this jerk off. He apologized and is being punished and he will pay dearly for his remarks but enough already! The Rutgers girls should not let this stupid individual get to them. Actually, they seemed really upset about all the media and I think just want some peace and quiet and want to focus on the postive things in their lives right now like their win. They agreed to meet with him and hear what he has to say and express their feelings. Isn't that enough? I'm so sick of the media really dragging these stories out, aren't you?

I need to gear this toward 9th and 10th graders. I will also need to complete a 2 week unit plan on the subject so the lesson plan needs to actually be about only one of the subtopics, but it can be any one that I choose. (Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Crdeit Bililng Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Collection Practices, Consumer Credit Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, Consumer Product Safety Act, or Consumer Leasing Act) Any help is greatly appreciated!

An infidel is a person who has no belief in God, it should be made quite clear that all Muslims must accept people of the book (Quran) as their brothers.
The Quran includes teachings from the Torah and the Bible and I quote from the Holy Quran.

Surah (AL BAQARAH)
[2:62] Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who (1) believes in GOD, and (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.

I hope that Muslims everywhere take this to heart, and I hope that all you believers out there understand that any true Muslim has nothing against you, and if they do they will be severely punished by God for it.

If so, did the sins that are transgressions of the Ten Commandments exist beforehand?
Most laws we bring in do not retrogressively make acts illegal and punish people for them, due to our acceptance of the concept of natural justice. If God is a perfect being, then surely his laws should also be perfect and hence not so unfair as to act retrogressively?
This is different to breaking a law or committing a sin and saying that you were not aware that that was what you were doing.
If you believe that the Ten Commandments did act retrogressively, do you believ that the sinners therefore went to Hell?
If you believ that the Ten Commandments were effective only from their delivery to us, why did God choose that moment to deliver them? Were we incapable of sin beforehand, or did God want to wait and see how we behaved without his laws first?
