No you are not. I miss them too.
It's a shame that people just can't laugh at simple belly laugh humour anymore. Comedy today tries to be "sophisticated" and anyone who doesn't like them are viewd as "not with the fashion" or "not of the intlligencia".

Comedy today are built upon "rude and crude" humour - only very few occasion I would get a really good laugh out of today's so-called comedy.

Ahhhh, the good old days. Sorry, am I waffling on? Could be worse. and sorry - I don't know any sites on Marx Bros.

God chosen the Jews because of the fact they have been the smallest in extensive type and weakest of the international locations on the time. that's to teach that the weakest human beings of mankind...who have confidence and with God on there factor .. is a procedures extra advantageous than any reliable large u . s . a . that doesn't have confidence in God . Examples of it fairly is obvious throuougt the bible.... Ex: David over Goliath- Jacob the youngest chosen over Esau. Joseph over his brothers. Hezakiah over the Assyrian military. The little city of Galilee ( abode of the Messiah) Jesus..over Jerusalem. And Jesus coming from the smallest of the 12 tribes of Israel . of direction the Jews rejected Jesus ... Which then unfolded The covenant to those (chosen human beings) that have confidence in Jesus Christ as your savior

Well Mel Brooks can probably answer that question better than anyone :-) His movie "To be or not to be" is one of my all time favorite comedy. By the way, anyone here familiar with Danny Kaye? I remember rolling on the floor with laughter while watching his movies on video as a kid. Wonderman and Court Jester were two of his movies that comes to mind.

many younger people today probably wouldn't laugh at the Marx brothers because there was no profanity and was too real....
they were brilliant and intelligent, even with the slapstick
